Check-in: after 14:00.
Check-out: by 11:00.
02Reservations & cancellations
A reservation is confirmed once the agreed deposit equal to 1 night has been paid.
Free cancellation: up to 14 days before arrival.
For cancellations after this period or in case of no-show, the paid amount is non-refundable.
03Pets & smoking
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
04Damage deposit
A damage deposit of €200 is required at check-in and refunded at departure if no damage is found.
05Safety
Each house is equipped with a fire extinguisher.
Do not leave children unattended.
The use of personal heating or cooking appliances is strictly prohibited.
06Outside visitors
Visits from people who are not included in the reservation are strictly prohibited.
